How it works
How a request becomes a finished, checked result
Every request follows the same calm path. You come in at the start, whenever an important step needs your yes, and at the end. Everything in between is Raphael's job.
In one simple app, you see your original request, any important steps waiting for your approval, and the finished results.
Below is the whole path, one step at a time. For each step you can see who acts, what happens, what you see, and whether you need to decide anything.

01 · Six steps
The story, step by step
Step 1. You say what you want
- Who acts:
- You.
- What happens:
- You describe what you want in your own words, the way you would explain it to someone you trust. You do not need technical terms.
- What you see:
- Your original request in the app, just as you wrote it.
- Do you decide anything?
- Yes. You decide what you want.
Step 2. Raphael plans the work
- Who acts:
- Raphael.
- What happens:
- Raphael turns your request into a clear plan made of small pieces of work, in a sensible order. When something is unclear, Raphael asks you instead of guessing.
- What you see:
- Nothing technical. You only see a question when something is unclear and Raphael needs an answer from you.
- Do you decide anything?
- Only if Raphael asks you a question, or if an important step needs your approval.
Step 3. AI specialists build it
- Who acts:
- A team of AI specialists. Each one focuses on one kind of work.
- What happens:
- The specialists build the pieces of the plan.
- What you see:
- Nothing technical, and nothing you need to act on, unless an important step needs your approval.
- Do you decide anything?
- No technical choices. You only decide something if an important step needs your approval.
Step 4. Independent reviewers check it
- Who acts:
- Reviewers who did not build the work.
- What happens:
- The reviewers check the work against what you asked for. Anything that is not right is fixed and checked again.
- What you see:
- Nothing technical, and nothing you need to act on, unless an important step needs your approval.
- Do you decide anything?
- No technical choices. You only decide something if an important step needs your approval.
Step 5. You approve the important steps
- Who acts:
- You, in one simple app.
- What happens:
- When something important needs your yes, Raphael brings it to you in plain words. You approve it, or you say no.
- What you see:
- A clear, plain description of what you are being asked to approve.
- Do you decide anything?
- Yes. You say yes or no.
A note on this step: the story shows approval as one step to keep it simple. An important step can need your approval at any point along the way, including while the work is being planned, built or checked. Each time, it is explained in plain words and you say yes or no.
Step 6. You receive the result
- Who acts:
- Raphael hands the finished, checked result to you.
- What happens:
- You receive the work once it has been built and checked.
- What you see:
- The finished result in the app, explained in plain words.
- Do you decide anything?
- Yes. You decide whether it is what you wanted. If you would like something changed, say so in plain words. When you ask for a change, the work starts again at step 1 and follows the same path.
02 · Your moments
Where you come in
There are three kinds of moments when Raphael needs you.
When you say what you want.
This is how every piece of work starts. When something is unclear, Raphael asks you instead of guessing, and answering is part of this.
When an important step needs your approval.
This can happen at any point along the way. Raphael explains it in plain words, and you say yes or no.
When you receive the result.
You see the finished result in the app and decide whether it is what you wanted. If you ask for a change, the work starts again.
At no point are you asked to make a technical choice.
Your first step is step 1
Everything starts with you saying what you want. Write it down in a few plain sentences and send it to Raphael.
